New Sony Xperia X, XA and XA Ultra Models Arrive in Nepal

Nepa Hima Tradelink, the official Sony distributor in Nepal, has launched three new additions to the Xperia lineup: the Xperia X, Xperia XA and Xperia XA Ultra. Each model brings distinct features and price points for varied user preferences.

The Xperia X boasts a 5-inch display with a sleek, updated design differing from earlier Z series phones. It sports a metal back with a uniform front and back color scheme available in graphite black, white, lime gold and rose gold. Powering the device is a Snapdragon 650 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD. Despite a 2620mAh battery, Sony claims exceptional battery life. Camera-wise, it offers a 23MP main camera with predictive autofocus and a 13MP front camera. The phone includes Sony’s signature stereo speakers, hi-res audio support and a fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button. It is priced at NPR 64,999.

Targeting the budget segment, the Xperia XA features a 5-inch 720p display and a MediaTek Helio P10 processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The device has a 2300mAh battery but lacks Sony’s stereo speakers and fingerprint sensor. It offers a 13MP main camera and an 8MP front camera. The Xperia XA is available for NPR 34,499.

The Xperia XA Ultra stands out with a massive 6-inch display, making it ideal for media enthusiasts. It is equipped with a MediaTek Helio P10 processor, 3GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. A key feature is its 16MP front camera with an LED flash. Priced at NPR 48,499, it also includes a 2700mAh battery.
