Vivo Y20 Now More Affordable in Nepal

Vivo has officially lowered the price of its Y20 smartphone in the Nepalese market. Initially launched in 2020, the Y20 now offers better value for money with a permanent price cut.

Key Features of the Vivo Y20

The Vivo Y20 stands out as the first device from the brand to utilize the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chipset, an octa-core processor built on an 11nm process with eight Kryo 240 cores and Adreno 610 graphics. It provides 3GB or 4GB of RAM paired with 64GB of storage, expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot. The phone sports a 6.51-inch HD+ Halo Full View display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a side-mounted capacitive fingerprint sensor.

Photography-wise, the Y20 features a triple rear camera system led by a 13MP primary sensor, supported by a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor, a noticeable step down from its predecessor, the Y19. The front camera is an 8MP shooter, also downgraded from the Y19's 16MP unit. Powering the device is a substantial 5,000 mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging through a micro USB port. It runs on Android 10 with Vivo’s Funtouch OS 10.5 interface.

Pricing and Availability

Following the recent adjustment, the Vivo Y20 is now available in Nepal for NPR 20,999, down from its previous price of NPR 22,799. The phone comes in two color options: Obsidian Black and Dawn White.
